This past month, puffs have become distant lovers. I no longer wear my hair in puffs. I have found the motivation within and have started wearing twists and twist outs exclusively.
Commentary
Wow, my hair is a different head with every wash! I am retaining much more moisture and...did my hair grow a little bit?! I'm not sure on that one, but remember what I said in an earlier post? Progress isn't always made in length. I have gotten back on track with my multivatamins, but I am still struggling to get my water consumption back where it was earlier in the year.
