Directions:
Shampoo
Coat wet hair with a liberal amount of shampoo. Gently massage the scalp and roots with fingertips to work into a lather. Then, lightly squeeze the shampoo from roots to ends without scrubbing or roughing up to keep from tangling. Rinse thoroughly. Finish with TRESemme Vitamin E Moisturizing Conditioner.

• Apply an adequate amount from mid-shaft to ends first (like you're making a ponytail). Work anything that's left through roots.
• Run a wide-tooth comb from roots to ends to detangle hair and fully coat hair. Leave on for 2-3 minutes and then rinse thoroughly.

My Opinion:
You all know how much of a sucker I am for mail freebies so when I saw an offer for a sample of Tresemme shampoo and conditioner I could not pass it up. I used the shampoo and conditioner as directed then followed with my regular aussie conditioner for styling.

Shower fresh and coated in Aussie

I like that the shampoo contains the less harsh Sodium Laureth Sulfate and I also noticed and like that the shampoo and conditioner have similar ingredients. This made for an overall moisturizing experience. I would actually buy these and they are on my to try list.

Still damp but all done
