There is a single question that I am asked over and over--"Do you still follow the Maximum Hydration Method?" I think what is prompting this question is that people are worried about the long-term effects of the maximum hydration method. They want to know if any frizz or breakage I am incurring is due to the regimen. People are also interested in growth and wonder if the method could have boosted my growth.
It is for all of these concerns and queries that I finally answer this question with a video. The short answer before you even watch is that I do not follow the Maximum Hydration Method anymore.
