Humectants attract moisture to your hair from the atmosphere. I live in the south, so there is plenty of moisture in the humid air. I realized that the excess moisture must be pulling my hair down and causing styles that used to last a week, to fall after only one day. What did I do? Once I remove the yarn braids I'm going to attempt a style with the HE LTR and see if it holds up like it used to. If it does, the Hawaiian Silky is heading to a trash can outside my house or a mailbox near you!
