6 Inches in 6 Months! Hair Challenge | Month 6

This has been a looooooooong ride but it is finally over. During this month, I trimmed cut my hair due to the breakage that was happening in the other check-ins. My hair went from line 10, to line 9, then to line 8 in the most recent check. I had enough and went at my hair with the scissors. I had no goal length or style in mind. I just cut what needed to go. I evened everything out with a combed-straight-back ponytail cut.

6 Inches in 6 Months! Hair Challenge | Month 6

The damage? My new cut put me at line 6. So, I cut two inches off of my hair at the beginning of this month. Now, as far as the challenge, I introduced a multi-vitamin that had more to do with health than hair, managed to actually do the greenhouse effect, and stuck to the inversion method. I was here and there with the daily scalp massaging.

I was actually surprised when my hair grew an inch this month! #winning Moving on from this challenge, I will continue to take a multi-vitamin and biotin and I may do the inversion method. I have learned a lot about my hair and plan to make a wrap up video with all of the pictures and a detailed description of all of the tactics used in this challenge,
